PEKANBARU - Governor of Riau, H. Arsyadjuliandi Rachman asks the whole Regional Organization Device (OPD) that are in the environment of the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of Riau using an electronic attendance. It is necessary to increase the level of discipline of the Civil State Apparatus (ASN) in and out of the Office on time.
"Not all who use IT. I require all OPD of Riau Provincial Government using electronic attendance," said Andi Rachman in the Ballroom of the Pangeran Hotel, St. Sudirman Street, Pekanbaru, Thursday (16/2/2017).
Andi said, IT has become a necessity and Government agencies stick in to simplify public services to the community. Thus, human resources that are in the scope of any Government sued to enforce IT and internet-based services.
"IT was absolutely worn out, especially in the management of staffing. Proven could spur various policy quickly, time efficient, budget and oversight," he said.
For example, some of the OPD has been using an electronic attendance including Regional Staffing Agency (BKD) and Department of Culture.
The Head of BKD of Riau Province, Ikhwan Ridwan reveals that OPD has been ready to give the pilot in enforcing attendance electronically. "This year BKD can already," said Ikhwan.
In different places, Implementing Task (Plt) Department of Culture (Disbud) of Riau, Yoserizal Zen got around to indicate the form of the existing electronic attendance at the new Office. "It's an electronic attendance, already there," said Yose some time ago. (MC Riau/rat)
