PEKANBARU - Regional Staffing Agency (BKD) of Riau Province will implement a staffing establishment of the management system of the Civil State (ASN) with the IT-based system to facilitate data storage.
In fact, the Governor of Riau, H. Arsyadjuliandi Rachman himself asked the staffing management to enhance BKD with more modern information technology.
"With the IT service, ASN don't need to come to the BKD if there was a need. Tomorrow if there is a mutation also don't bother. Don't need to go one-on-one," said man number one in Riau, at Pengeran Hotel, Pekanbaru, Thursday (16/2/2017).
He also asked the Head of BKD of Riau Province, Ikhwan Ridwan mapping to perform against the data as well as important documents about ASN. "Starting to form the management staffing professionals," he said.
Not just that, Andi Rachman also instructed the whole Regional Organisations Device (OPD) that are in the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of Riau to use electronic attendance to improve discipline ASN time-based.
"Not all who use IT. I require all OPD of Riau Provincial Government using electronic attendance," he said. (MC Riau/rat)
