PEKANBARU - The event of Riau Expo 2017 held at Ska Co Ex Pekanbaru, showing 281 booths. At this event, Department of Tourism (Dispar) of Riau Province lure the visitors to the exhibit trying to present something interesting.
The displayed are presents are specialties such as Sago noodles from the islands of Meranti and Sempolit from Indragiri Hilir, the weaving of Riau and the various existing tourism information in Riau.
On opening night, which was opened by the Governor of Riau (Gubri) H. Arsyadjuliandi Rachman, accompanied by his Deputy H. Wan Thamrin Hashim, Saturday (14/10), stan Dispar of Riau crowded by the visitors, even the number one in Riau and the representative take part visit and tasting of typical Malay food served.
After visited by Gubri, Kadis Tourism Province of Riau Riau Fahmizal together with Bujang Dara 2017 and dance Randai while accompanied by Melayu music.

Riau Expo 2017 held by Department of Investment and Integrated One-stop Services (DPMPTSP) on 14-20 October 2017 highlight of tourism in addition also promotes large-scale industry efforts and middle to bottom.
