PEKANBARU - Governor of Riau Arsyadjuliandi Rachman submits Budget Implementation Checklist (DIPA) 2017 in the Building Area, Monday (19/12/16). In a submission received Regent Mayor of Riau recorded this DIPA is given by the Center as much as 478 DIPA with a total value of Rp. 6,3 trillion.
"Out of a total of over 16 DIPA to Headquarters worth Rp. 1,4 trillion, 462 DIPA for units of work in the area include the vertical Office, deconcentration and help tasks worth Rp. 4,9 trillion," said Andi Rachman.
For a list of allocation and transfer to the area and the village fund 2017 in Riau established amounting to Rp. 21,4 trillion. That is the Fund balance of Rp. 20,1 trillion with includes Revenue Sharing (DBH) of Rp. 7,7 trillion.
General Allocation Fund (DAU) amounting to Rp. 8,2 trillion and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) amounting to Rp. 4,2 trillion. Then there's also the incentive funds amounting to Rp. 22,5 billion and the village Fund amounting to Rp. 1,3 trillion, or increased by 27 percent from the previous year.
On this occasion the three regencies of Riau Regional Special Incentives Grants (DID) i.e Bengkalis, Pelalawan, Siak with a total of Rp. 22,5 trillion.
DID it given as a form of the award to local governments showed good performance as measured from the Local Government Finance Report (LKPD) 2015 and timeliness in the determination of the Change in 2016.
